GENERAL INFORMATION
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of liraclothing.com. Your use of liraclothing.com following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, liraclothing.com from time to time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most Lira clothing products displayed on liraclothing.ca are available in select stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at Lira Clothing.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 1:00 PM PST. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify liracanada@liraclothing.com You will receive an email from liracanada@liraclothing.com when your order has been confirmed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
We fulfill orders from our warehouse Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Items ordered Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will ship early the following week.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next day. Check your confirmation email for tracking information. All orders are shipped either using UPS and/or USPS unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated through UPS & USPS calculator in the shopping cart. International Shipping
We offer several great shipping options around the world. Simply begin the checkout process to display options and pricing to your location with no credit card information required.
Duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. LIRA Clothing is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office. LIRA Clothing does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on liraclothing.ca, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to liracanada@liraclothing.com to obtain an return authorization number within 30 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Lira Clothing.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please contact liracanada@liraclothing.com before sending back. A return authorization number must be obtained before any items can be returned to LIRA Clothing. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of worn or washed items, including products that have been customized with patches and/or buttons.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the liraclothing.ca. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
SITE CONTENTS
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of liraclothing.ca copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Lira Clothing.com collectively, and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates ("liraclothing.ca"). liraclothing.ca as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Lira Clothing.
